After the way they handled FSU, I'd be surprised if you score 20 on them. FSU didn't get there until late in the game.
Petrino doesn't have a heart, he's out for blood and he wants his QB to get a Heisman. Marshall never plays a team with a pulse. This is going to be ugly.
He's got a big game next week in Death Valley with Clemson. He'll beat the shit out of us to be sure but he's got a bigger picture to concern himself with.
Rest assured Petrino isn't going to sit Lamar down until he's padded his Heisman stats. That being said, Jackson may get caught up in the Heisman hype and try to do too much, too soon - not that it's going to affect the outcome of this one.
If the score is 56-14 going into the 4th quarter, he'll let Lamar sit it out. I agree, Petrino is a prick but he's not a stupid prick.
I never said Petrino is a prick, but he is on a mission this year and is going to do whatever it takes to get his team into the playoff and help his QB win the Heisman. I'd say Jackson will only need three quarters to make his statement, and by then Louisville will put in a "herd" of kids who have never played before.
No, you said he was heartless and I was paraphrasing. His QB will get hugh numbers Saturday but playing him deep into the 4th quarter in a game that's totally out of hand would be dumb and Bobby ain't dumb for whatever he might be! We seem to be saying the same thing!
