Not only did we win Savage V Trump et al , as co-defendants of President Trump and Mayor Guiliani, we were offered a settlement and said HELL no.
Because we did not settle ,they dropped the case, which also dropped a $1 million dollar default judgement against Rudy and the case against Trump.
This order came from a Democrat Judge in Philadelphia.
We WON ,after 860 days of going through hell REPRESENTING OURSELVES , the attorney J Connor Corcoran and the plaintiff James Savage were unable to dispute the facts we laid out in our book The Parallel Election, or our declarations and 1000s of pages of facts we submitted.
Truth is the complete defense to defamation.
We are the only win . The judge also sanctioned the attorney for violating rules of professional conduct. He was losing so badly, he falsely accused us of terroristic threats and attempted to have our firearms confiscated, fined and wanted us silenced about the case. We later proved he lied , and submitted false allegations to law enforcement ( he never produced a report) He is up for disciplinary actions in another lawsuit for doing what he did in our case.
