I'll lay odds among those dead folks, 100% of them were dead Democrats. 
They simply cannot win unless they cheat. They know that, so they cheat their asses off until or unless somebody catches them, which is hard to do since they control so many of the local county registration offices. They're like roaches, just embedded into everything!
