And you know VT was favored so it’s not really a choke. Anyhow, we pissed some folks off by coming over. The so called phenom in his bracket he beat 7-2. They went low enough to request his birth certificate, which I carry with us anyhow. Once they knew he was legit they whined to the tourney director about not allowing kids outside that area to compete. Typical shitshow

I agree, especially since Marshall's record against teams that are regarded as traditional power teams is so abysmal. If I'm not mistaken Marshall has something like a 7-40 record against that type of team. And I do believe that only two of those seven wins came against teams that finished the year with a winning record. So I wasn't surprised to see the Herd fail miserably in against a 5-6 VT team.
