Thread after thread after thread of "experts" railing on how Hillary Clinton's use of a non .gov email account broke the law, but not one mention of this. Let's see, a four-star general gets a slap on the wrist for violating about half a dozen articles of the UCMJ, while a PFC who did pretty much the same thing is sitting in Leavenworth.

Petraeus Reaches Plea Deal Over Giving Classified

then lets put hillary and petraeus in leavenworth too.....

Re: Except that Hillary didn't break the law

Petraeus did.

do you feel comfortable voting for her?

She absolutely did. A cabinet member that is using

unsecure and unmonitored email to conduct business? I love how all you libs can always give your favorite fascists a pass because they like to smoke the same brand of reefer. Give me a break. She is unfit. I also noticed how ALL the major networks decided that Bibi's talk was not newsworthy. It is very sad to see someone of his stature in charge of such a small country in comparison to what we have to chose for our leaders. Very sad.

You mock people as "experts" then you make a proclamation of innocence

for Hillary. I'll bet you are just a bundle of fun to be around. Have you ever heard the phrase "know-it-all"?

What is the law that was violated?

It was stupid. It was certainly against policy ... and all of that is bad enough in my opinion, but everybody talks about all of these laws that she broke. I'm not even saying she didn't, but I haven't seen anybody post the specific law that she broke either. Maybe somebody did and I just missed it.

If she did, hell yeah, put her in Leavenworth too. It would at least save us from her presidency, which I think would be a disaster.

do you feel comfortable with a 4-star general sharing secrets?

I haven't heard a peep of outrage from the right (or from the left for that matter) about Petraeus, that was my whole point.

Bradley Manning is in Leavenworth (where he should be). Petraeus says I'm sorry and pays a fine and life is good. Nothing wrong with this picture, is there?

POOP seems to have the answer for everything. Just ask him!

Would everyone saying that Hillary broke the law please cite which law she broke. It's really that simple.

We'll be waiting.....

Now, STFU!

Re: Colin Powell did it. Condi Rice did it.

Were they breaking the law? And neither of them have turned over their e-mails in response to State's request for them, while Hillary has turned over 55,000 pages worth.

Re: do you feel comfortable with a 4-star general sharing secrets?

there is a huge difference in the two as well as the outcome of what each did. Consequently, the punishment should be different, however.............if the facts of Petraeus's case reveal a felony was committed he should service time. If it was a misdemeanor a fine is appropriate. I haven't followed this. What level of offense was he charged with?

He took a plea to one count of unauthorized removal and retention of classified material, a misdemeanor. In fact he allowed Paula Broadwell to see his black books containing classified information -- information that included code names of agents -- and he lied to the FBI when asked about it.

And it was while he was CIA director, not serving on active duty, although it pertained to operations in Afghanistan.

The lying to FBI agents is a felony but they didn't press charges for that. They were pretty lenient with him. If I were a CIA agent I would want to beat the living shit out of him. He left the black books in an unlocked desk drawer at his home office (in addition to allowing Paula Broadwell to see them).

I looked into this a bit. He let here view his diary while she was writing a book. Then is progressed to a little a$$ and the rest is history. I see she was an LTC in Florida at one time.

Many a men have fallen because of a shot of a$$. He was supposedly a talented commander (obvious by the rank) and wrote COIN operations manual.

I don't know that she has, but here is the code that would be applicable

[/URL]18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term "office" does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.link

Pop, It has been proven Condi Rice DID NOT use private email...

you need to get your facts correct before you make such claims.

Re: Point taken. Apparently she didn't use any e-mail

State or otherwise.
