well my brinkmann finally broke apart after years of problems and I just ordered a new Webber propane grill

I have been using mostly my charcoal grills the last year because of the faulty Brickmann but now its time to get back to grilling every other day

What are you favorites on the grill?

Bourbon & honey marinated pineapple over indirect heat, pork loin with a cinnamon, cayenne and brown sugar rub over direct heat. Get a good crust on the loin, let it set 5-10 minutes, then slice into medallions and top with a couple piece of pineapple. If that's not enough drizzle some balsamic on sweet onion wedges and put over indirect heat with the pineapple. Wash it down with a couple Rye IPAs and call it a good night.

Chuck Eye Steaks, Flap Steak and Rib Eyes. If you have a costco near you, grab some of their flap meat, salt and pepper it, cook it at high heat and cut it against the grain. True beefy flavor and only about $6 a pound.

I don't know if I like anything better off of a grill than a ribeye with montreal steak or salt and pepper.

If you're looking for slightly more difficulty, I'd say to do a whole chicken with a good dry rub. Keep that bad boy juicy (but still cooked to temp) and you did fine work. Whole chickens are cheap as shit and totally underrated.

Salmon and a tuna steak are also good items that can be cooked to pro taste on a grill, and you only need salt, pepper, and some oil, maybe.

Those aren't really recipes, but imo if you grill it right there isn't much else you need to do. That said, I'm a charcoal guy who normally goes with indirect heat. You'd have to burn some wood chips or something in a propane grill to add flavor to the above, otherwise I don't know how much differently it would taste than something out of a broiler oven.

Beer can chicken is a favorite of mine. I use Mrs. Dash's as a rub and I cook slow and low. Sometimes I even add some wood chips and smoke. Cheap, simple and easy.

I grilled a whole prime rib this past weekend, bone in. Grilled it indirectly on charcoal. Nice and slow. Might have been the best thing I've ever prepared on a grill. Placed a pan underneath to catch the drippings. I was fairly liberal with a dry rub, formed a great bark.
