New coaches close to hire

Koenning may finally give us the D we need to truly compete in the B12. If we can keep the offense rolling and find a D that can make an extra stop or two per game, we'd win more of those close games. His turnover focused D may be just what the doctor ordered. His defenses have been good no matter where he was at. Top level good. This dude is a good get big time.

Havent we always had a turnover focused D under DH?

People hated that.

Every guy that Neal Brown has reportedly "hired" so far has completely matched his demeanor.

None of them ooze charisma. None of them pop off the screen. They all seem like soft spoken football guys who's sole purpose is to make their football team better. Add Chad Scott to that list, too.

I was really looking forward to CNB bringing in his OC Matt Moore. Guy is a firecracker. Don't think it's gonna happen. But it seems like he's going in a very distinct direction with his staff. And I like it.

Would like to see him add one wildcard, though. Every staff needs one.

edit: well, that sure was a waste of time watching and reading about Ciarrocca
