MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (April 17, 2015) [/B]- The West Virginia University women's soccer team closes out its home spring slate against Saint Francis (Pa.) on Sunday, April 19, at 3:30 p.m., at Dick Dlesk Soccer Season.

Sunday's match is the Mountaineers' third straight in Morgantown. WVU returns to competition following a 1-0 loss to Maryland on April 12.

"I'm looking forward to seeing how this team responds after last Sunday's outing against Maryland," said Mountaineer coach Nikki Izzo-Brown. "This is our last match at Dick Dlesk Stadium this spring, and I encourage everyone to come out one last time and cheer us on."

Junior goalkeeper Hannah Steadman played all 90 minutes in net for WVU last Sunday. She and redshirt-freshman Michelle Newhouse have split time in goal throughout the spring.

Freshman Heather Kaleiohi is the lone Mountaineer to score a goal this spring, as she netted the game winner in WVU's 1-0 defeat of Pitt on April 3. The squad opened the season with a 4-0 loss at the Western New York Flash of the National Women's Soccer League on March 14.

The Red Flash made their fifth straight postseason appearance in 2014. The squad opened its spring slate with a 1-1 draw at Akron on March 15. The squad also played to a 0-0 draw against James Madison and a 1-1 tie against East Carolina at JMU on March 29. Results from the team's matches against California (Pa.) and at Penn State have not been posted. Sunday is Saint Francis' spring finale.

The Mountaineers wrap-up their spring schedule at Ohio State at 1 p.m. on April 25.
