Bullshit. I seriously doubt big money donors and Lyons told you, or anybody that matters they don't "like him". That's just another useless rumor/lie spread by people with an agenda. Worthless BS.Dana H deserves a little respect for the job he's doing but I don't think Lyons and the big money donors that pull his puppet strings like him.......

Actually you stated that you don't think.I don't have ties to the big donors or Shane Lyons, I never said I did...........just stating my opinion, nothing more.
Actually you stated that you don't think.![]()
Just because you think that's the case doesn't mean it is reality. Shane knows the fanbase in general, not just the big donors, are tired of near-.500 seasons. However, Shane did try to extend Dana, but there wasn't an agreement. Maybe the deal was so egregious to Dana that it was taken as a "you get your walking papers if you don't turn it around" statement, or Dana didn't get the years he wanted in the extension, which is the likely reason he didn't take the extension. The fact is, an extension was offered, so if we are going to make assumptions based on that, it's just as safe to assume the donors wouldn't be standing for an extension at all if they really wanted Dana gone.Let me re-phrase my previous comment for you. I think that the people controlling the purse strings and are in control of Lyons want Dana gone and that's why his contract hasn't been extended. Of course it's just my opinion as I'm sitting on the outside looking in..........

So the big money donors don't want a top 10 team? Especially considering this far more impressive than any top 10 team WVU had in the diluted Big East. They must not want to see the program continue its progress.
Wonder how many of those big britches donors thought WVU would be 7-1 and ranked in the top 10 in November?
Personally I think you are completely bat shit crazy.
