Mog, do you know anything about rules for NCAA baseball recruiting?

Or are you at least as prolific in searching the site to find out?

Specifically I need to know if a kid signs with a juco, are they still free to sign with a D2 or D1 school in the same signing period? I'm told that they are.

Similarly though, if they would sign with a D2 school say this week, then get offered by a D1 school next week, are they able to sign with the D1 school, or are they locked in/committed to the D2 school?
