A component in which I'm excited about is Rich's ability to spot undervalued talent. It may not be as sexy for star chasing, but he's proven to find players which have flown under the radar. This rebuild will be a real test of that ability. It will be interesting to see how he does with this giant influx of guys he's just signed. I think we need to be a program which embraces the unconventional and Rich may be the man to make us relavent again in this new ridiculous era of unrestricted free agency.
