The Midshipmen appear to be opening a can on pitt in the Military Bowl. Midway through the 3rd qtr and it is 31 to 7 Navy. Didn't see the whole 1st half, but I gather that pitt`s only score was a kick return for 6.

Pitt just scored a TD while posting. 31 to 14 Navy.

Well the pitties are trying to make a game of it, but Navy can move the ball and score at will. 44 to 28 Navy.

Always a Navy fan. My father served in the Navy in WWII, Navy air crew on Catalina PB2Ys picking up downed pilots, torpedo runs and recon. Brother-in-law is an Academy grad, Marine Colonel.

But my two favorite college teams are the Mountaineers and anyone who beats Pitt.

BTW, Navy 44. -- pitt 28.
