Please.
Any man who feels the need to ANNOUNCE that he is retiring from a message board is pathetic.
Retirement is reserved for something that was an intricate part of your life.
Example: I deleted my Facebook months ago. I was sick of reading everyone's sob stories or seeing pictures of people's food/accidents. Did I announce a retirement? Nope. Why? Because I am a man. I do not feel the need to draw attention to myself for any reason. Any form of social media takes up a very small portion of my life.... that includes Rivals message boards. The fact is, if Vernon/Keno/Anthony didn't provide an awesome service (seriously guys, they do. Spend the money if you want great WVU coverage), I wouldn't be here to just shoot the bull. The fact is that this is a great service, and chatting with fellow WVU fans is part of that service. I am not paying a monthly/yearly charge to get people to pay attention to me.
MichHerd announced his "retirement " because he views this as a big part of his life.
People retire from jobs and sports (which are mostly jobs), not message boards.
Summary: MichHerd is not a man. He is an asexual drug addict with a smartphone w/ 4G where his manhood should be. He will be back. He has nothing else. This is the last that I will discuss him. I hope everyone, including our other Marshall comrades, continue to discuss all forms of competitive sports.
