Yeah they’ll beat Houston! But seriously, they were struggling before the delay mightily. If they play like they did after the delay the rest of the season, they’ll pick up a few Ws on this schedule. The Ws are there to be had this year. If they play like before the delay….
This team has a ton of talent. With a good coach we could compete for the top 5 in the B12 with this team, but with the clown show, we will be in the bottom 5 most likely.
Our problem is several things. 1.) We’re not developing these kids properly; 2.) Our S&C coach is failing; 3.) We lack intensity; 4.) our coaching struggles with in game adjustments.
1. They are getting developed. You are wrong. Each have gotten better since they have arrived. It's scheme they are in more than anything else.
2. I can't argue this.....but I also haven't seen anything to prove against it either.
3. When has "intensity" won anything? One of the most overrated statements by anyone is to say "they aren't intense enough". What the Hell does that have to do with anything?
4. I agree 100% with this point. It seems like our offensive coaches don't know what they want to do.
S&C is something I’ve questioned for years. But seemingly former players who make it sing his praises. I just don’t see the year over year development like I did under Barwis, which may be an unfair comparison

Highly doubtful. Sounds as if yOu are just interested in sounding off without a real grasp of that which you are trying to attack.
Whether someone is an expert or not, anyone can see the results on the field. The results are a 5th year coaching staff again looking like it will struggle to a .500 season despite this gimme game. No matter the cause, the issue is either it is reasonable to think a coach can be hired at WVU which can have the team preforming better than just being lucky to not have a losing season or not. If you believe the former, then regardless of the issues it is obvious that Neal is not the right hire. If you believe the latter, just get off the board because there is no point in having a football program at all from a fan perspective.

The depth of our RBs is pretty wow actually. We are stacked there. A good coacj would probably do way more with a qb like greene and a handful of good rbs behind him. We have good OLmen too. A good front 7 on the defense.. We have talent at WR but these guys are just like all of Neal's wr cores. They drop the ball. If it weren't for a walk on WV kid, we may not have caught any tds. Imo that's on Neal. He's always had talent at wr here. The problem is coaching and scheme. Neal doesnt use players to their strengths at all. And we lack intensity. Its true
