I just peeked at the WVU baseball schedule, and duly noted that Coastal Carolina spanked you 10-5, which is similar to how they spanked you in hoops not too long ago. Perhaps the Chanticleers should be removed from future schedules???

......and never should have one! Unless one has a weather machine similar to the one George W. Bush possessed when he created Hurricane Katrina ,college baseball is a waste of time/money for those of not fortunate enough to play in good weather in February, March and April!

I just peeked at the WVU baseball schedule, and duly noted that Coastal Carolina spanked you 10-5, which is similar to how they spanked you in hoops not too long ago. Perhaps the Chanticleers should be removed from future schedules???

Good times, for sure. I remember that the WVU fans masquerading as sports reporters completely overlooked Coastal Carolina, and babbled incessantly as to how much they looked forward to the three-game series at the end of the CBI Tournament, as if there was no chance that WVU would lose before the finals. These were the same clowns who previously made fun of schools that had played in the CBI and CIT tournaments, so it was funny to watch them spin like tops, then experience utter disappointment when the Old & Blew got run out of their own gym by the mighty Chanticleers.

if I recall WV was 14-20 and should not have played in the tournament.....and I also seem to recall most WV fans agreeing with that premise also...and I also believe that Coastal Carolina had just won the national championship the previous season.....ahia state knows what it's like to get beat by the national champs don't they?

You're high on crack cocaine, SlowHead. Vanderbilt won the last College World Series by beating Michigan. Coastal Carolina won the WS before then, and long before it kicked WVU's a$$ in baseball THIS SEASON.
