Question #1 - How long is the contract with ESPN for the Longhorn Network, And the golden question is how money is ESPN making on the deal after they pay Texas?
Question #2 - What will future media and digital contracts be like when we get to the next big cycle - I think in 2026?
Observation #1 - I listened to an interesting conversation between Jack Arute and Bowlsby. What will the next big thing be in distribution of game broadcasts - how will it be different from today. Bowlsby said the 2014 winter olympics were about 75% Broadcast media and 25% digital - that may go to 50/50 or worse by the next round of contracts.
Observation #2 - possibly the LHN will not be viable at that point - and it could morph into a B12 network.
