Like it or not: Time is coming when the names on the roster donā€™t matter. šŸ˜³

The days of beating out your rival for a prize recruit and loving him or her four years is sadly coming to an end. It may eventually be ok but getting use to star players being with us a year or two is what it is.
What will make it ok is if we can win. I guess?
Look at the basketball team we did not know any of these players 8 months ago.
After beating 4 Top 25 teams and likely playing our way into a decent NCAA seed, WVU fans have not been this happy in years. The players and DeVries are overnight rock stars.
It appears Rich is doing the same exact thing. All schools are being forced into to Plug and Play. It will come down to which coaching staffs have facilities and resources to buy players and who can best develop them to win. This model was intended for the Blue Bloods but we all have the same model.
What may go wrong is that a program like AzSt or WVU sneaks into the national title race.
I am old school and liked the way things were; regional recruits, rivals, decent bowls and not buying winning. What was will never be again, can we enjoy the new model as much. Not sure. šŸ¤”
