I have to admit coming into the season I was a bit concerned with coaches saying "we like Arndt at LB, we can't block him". I looked at his size 5'11" 215 and was thinking he will get killed before he has a chance at greatness. Talk about a kid that has played through pain and against all odds ....next to Rudy it would be Arndt. It's really hard to sometimes figure out why WVU can go into places like Austin, TX and win over a team that has LB's that tower over a kid like Justin. Skyler Howard is pretty much the same kind of player. When our Sr's roll out on the field Saturday this group really deserves a lot of love. You look down the roster and all you see are overachievers. There is no doubt Arndt will add to his team leading 71 tackles Saturday. When he walks off that field Saturday in the dark he will know the rest of his life that it don't really matter what others say you will do it's what YOU do that really matters. Very impressive young man that proved a lot of folks including me totally wrong. Another lesson learned is never underestimate our coaching staff. I thought the entire defense would struggle, Holgs said they looked good to him. He was right and players like Arndt and the effort that he and others gave all year is the reason why and may have just paved the way for future success. WVU has its B12 Football Program built on the backs of the kids you will see honored tomorrow. WVU Football's stock is a strong buy and going up! Thank you Seniors for setting the bar!!!
