King wins the "bad beat" award this week...WVU + 7.5 was gold until TCU decides to just chuck

Hahahahahha, he wasn't alone. TCU could have just taken a knee after WVU jumped offsides but the rest of the story is history.....
I didn't much like them throwing for a TD when they already had us beat, but I understand why they did it. TCU, being undefeated at this point in the season has a slim shot at making the playoff so I suppose they thought 44-31 would look better to the pollsters than 34-31 over a struggling WVU team.

I always knew that you were an Ohio State fan, Buzzard. Ohio State beat State Penn by the score of 44-31 and TCU beat WVU by the score of 41-31, but I realize that the Ohio State game was more important to you and on your mind. LOL

it in the endzone.
Because I was watching Ohio State's big road win in Happy Valley, I didn't see WVU's game, but did see the highlight and heard the local homers talking about the play that caused the "bad beat." If what I heard was correct, then TCU was intent on running out the clock and taking a 34-31 win, but some fool on WVU jumped offside and gave TCU a free play, which resulted in the final touchdown pass. Yes, this was a "bad beat," but State Penn scored a meaningless touchdown late for a backdoor cover, so what could have been another "bad beat" wasn't so.
