KC the AC

I have no idea. I thought that I was hearing things during the Buckeyes' show on the Fan on Monday evening when the coach was asked about the disappointment of ending the season with a loss, but I guess not. More COVID-19 libtard decision-making, I would assume.

Oops, it was a self-imposed ban, due to this:

"The women's basketball investigation centers on former assistant coach Patrick Klein, who resigned in 2019 after acknowledging he had not adhered strictly to NCAA rules and had potentially inappropriate communication with some student-athletes, the Dispatch reported."

Ohio State women's basketball players to use postseason ban as motivation (espn.com)

I guess that my lack of attention to women's basketball has been revealed.

no no fluffy.......violations that the NCAA found...they self imposed the ban so the NCAA wouldn't do anything......so tell me...with you vast knowledge of WVU sports....when was the last time any WVU team did not participate in a post season event because of violations, whether self imposed or not?.......I could tell you the answer but I'll let you look it up between chases....and is "communication" the new word for inappropriate behavior?

Sorry that I pi$$ed on your parade and beat you to the punch above, dipsh!t. Who gives a sh!t about women's basketball? You really shouldn't as WVU is 0-13 all-time vs. Ohio State.

Hey, orange cone dropper: As you were taking your GED, I was an undergrad at Ohio University, which is one of Marshall's oldest rivals, and not afraid to play the Herd in Huntington. As a Bobcat, I don't ever root for Marshall, unless the Herd is playing the Old Fold & Blew. Of course, I'd root for the Russian and Chinese National teams, if they played WVU, so this isn't saying much.

Good for you, SlowHead, but what's Marshall's record vs. O.U. all-time? More to the point, I attended both of WVU's last two men's basketball games vs. the Bobcats, one in Charleston (moved there because of asbestos at the Coliseum) and the other in Athens, and guess which school won both games... Oh, and even better than that, the Bobcats beat Michigan in the NCAA Tournament after Belyin' had adopted the lame habit of referring to Ohio State as "Ohio," only to discover that he could lose to the real "Ohio," too. LOL

P.S. tHuggy played one year at O.U., but apparently didn't want to share the spotlight with superstar Walter Luckett, or so I have been told.

WV basketball sucked during those days......Joedy Gardner......Sonny Moron just to name a couple

Nope, the Leather Coat Man coached WVU on both of those occasions. Your mind is failing you again.

Yet, Catlett was good enough to beat tHuggs when the two coaches met in the NCAA Tournament.

I was in Athens when the Bobs had a kid named Trent...returned the favor!

What are you doing on this board? Just root for your suck eyes and go away.

Gary Trent, Sr. was the "Shaq of the MAC." Brandon Hunter, who followed him, was darned good, too.

...and the Mounties were not victorious the last they had the balls to invade Paden! Never went back after that tilt!

It's a smack board, which desperately needs fans of other schools to give y'all a reality check. Having lived in West Virginia for more than 30 years now, but continued to don the alma mater's Scarlet & Gray, I'm just the guy to do it.

he was pretty good too...wonder what happened to Russel Lee?
He was a first round draft pick of the Milwaukee Bucks but was a "in betweener" for the NBA game. I think he hung around the league for 2-3 years though, I want to say he ended up in sales living a normal life like the rest of us.

OU is a nice little school for people who dont have a plan for their future or if you are a music major.

I didnt need a GED. I graduated top of my class.

Or, if both of your parents are administrators there and you get paid to go to school because of the tuition waiver and academic scholarships, dumb a$$. Better than your degree from Red Neck Tech, I'm sure of that.

P.S. Oh, and if you're a journalism major or want to get one of the best Sports Administration Masters Degrees in the Country.

MU people have a lot of respect for OU, they had a first rate history department when I was at MU. Professor Alonzo Hamby was a noted historian.

Sedale Threatt graduated from WV. Tech and had a pretty long NBA career with the Lakers. When I lived in Milwaukee I went to see the Lakers and Bucks play with the guys from work and they didnt believe me when I told them a guy from my alma mater was playing. For sone reason he started that night so when they announced him he was a guard from West Virginia Tech.

I remember him!
When you sign the dotted line to attend WV Tech you are not doing so for the intercollegiate athletic programs.

My senior year we ended the longest losing streak in the NCAA in football. It started my first year there. I was an RA at the main dorm and on duty that weekend so I was actually at the game.

Archie Talley from salem was another good one

As a Lakers' fan, I remember him well. He also played for at least a couple of other NBA teams, maybe, the Sixers and Bulls.
