McCabe averaged 25 points per game in 2015 leading Kaukauna to the Division 2 state title. Rivals ranks the 5-10 point guard as a three-star recruit and he is also the third best recruit in the state of Wisconsin for the 2018 class.

He will choose between UW-Green Bay, UW-Milwaukee, West Virginia, DePaul, Minnesota and Missouri.

Ohio State and WVU actually have played against each other multiple times in women's basketball during the past five years, but not at all in men's basketball or football.
