The Arizona election is a total mess. It’s full of corruption in almost every area. It is uncertifiable as a result. A new free and fair election is demanded.

Secretary of State Katie Hobbs should have recused herself due to her running for governor in this election but her conflict of interest was ignored.

The same people involved in the uncertifiable 2020 Election were also involved in this election. They too should have been removed.

The systems are the same systems with still unanswered questions from the 2020 Election.

As a result a group of citizens in Arizona released a statement last night calling for a new election. They request that this election in the state be held on December 6.

I hope the GOP-controlled House begins investigating these shady mail-in ballots, electronic machines and ballot harvesting.

The "Demands for Remedy" in Post #2 should be for our entire country.

Katie Hobbs had a clear conflict of interest to supervise an election in which she was a candidate.

Candidates are prohibited from being even poll workers much less supervising the entire election.

Hobbs has created an aura of self-interest and fraud, tainting this election.

I thought you didn't care who won? You're an even bigger liar than you are a wimp and that's not easy to pull off brother let me tell 'ya!

Did this guy write the same thing for Brian Kemp in 2018?

Ask Tank Abrahms. She was the "election denier" in that race and all of you Leftists backed her specious claims of "voter disenfranchisememt". Her whinning led to the arcane ballot drop boxes and signature less absentee mail in ballots used to steal the 2020 election.

I'd like to see Katie Hobbs debate Kari Lake just once. Live. Then hold an electronic vote immediately after and whoever wins the debate gets to be Governor. No mail in ballots, no voter ID...just woman-to-woman in a 90 minute slugfest. I'd bet Kari would wipe the floor with her, and she knows it too that's why she hid from Kari during the campaign. Who knows what her issues are? She never debated Kari face-to-face. Line 'em up and let's see a real cat fight!

Democrats push for all these mail in ballots and early voting then they can't count em in a reasonable amount of time! Well actually they just keep counting until the Democrat wins.

Hell yeah it's fraud. They can't win without it.

The Arizona Court of Appeals has agreed to expedite consideration of Kari Lake’s lawsuit which alleges that the 2022 midterm election was flawed.

The Arizona Court of Appeals has set a date of February 1st for conferencing on Kari Lake’s lawsuit attempting to overturn the results of the 2022 General election.
— Dr. Andrew Jackson (@DrAndrewJackson) January 13, 2023
In an order issued on January 9th, the court ordered a reset of the “matter for conference on February 1st, 2023.” The court has also reportedly agreed with Lake’s argument that her challenge should be handled as “a special action petition.”

According to the order, Governor Katie Hobbs (D-Ariz.) and her lawyers have until January 17th to respond and make the case as to why Lake’s challenge should be rejected.

After a Maricopa County judge had rejected her case in December, the Republican petitioned both the state’s Appeals Court and Supreme Court. Earlier this month, the Supreme Court had denied her petition, saying that the lawsuit has to go through the Appeals Court first.

Lake filed her lawsuit against Hobbs, Maricopa County supervisors, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, along with other officials. The lawsuit asserts that the county’s handling of the midterm election was flawed and that it had disenfranchised Election Day voters. She argued that these issues were enough to sway the election results. She had lost by around 17,000 votes.

The lawsuit also claimed that dozens of Maricopa County ballot printers had not worked properly on Election Day, resulting in votes that were in her favor not counting.

42%

That's the % of ballots (48 out of 113) that we examined that were 19-inch ballots printed on 20-inch paper.

Our Cyber Expert testified (under the penalty of perjury) that this could not have happened absent of intentional misconduct.

He will do so again for our appeal.
— Kari Lake War Room (@KariLakeWarRoom) January 13, 2023
Lake had hired independent pollster Richard Baris as a witness during the trial. Baris asserted that he thinks the technological issues on Election Day disenfranchised enough votes to have altered the outcome of the contest. He claimed that the majority of Maricopa Election Day voters tended to be Republicans and that between 25,000 and 40,000 persons who ordinarily would have voted didn’t do so because of tabulator and printer issues.

Our appeal is scheduled to be heard before the court on February 1st.

Do not underestimate @KariLake's desire to get justice for the people of Arizona.

It doesn't matter how long it takes.

She will see this through. https://t.co/3wgs5eyKOP

Maricopa County judge Peter Thompson had thrown out her lawsuit saying that she did not produce enough evidence to support her claims in December, although he ruled that Lake should not be sanctioned and fined to pay thousands of dollars.

A court date for Lake’s challenge has been reportedly scheduled for March.

“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting review of issue number six to the extent count three of the complaint challenges the Maricopa County Recorder’s application of signature-verification policies during the election. Issue number six asks, “Did the panel err in dismissing the signature-verification claim on laches[,] mischaracterizing Lake’s claim as a challenge to existing signature verification policies, when Lake in fact alleged that Maricopa failed to follow these”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Kari Lake’s lawsuit went to trial in the Maricopa County Superior Court on the issues of missing ballot chain of custody and Election Day machine failures. The issues regarding fraudulent mail-in ballots and signature verification were tossed and were not considered in trial.

This is HUGE!!!!!! Good for Kari. She never backed down, and now it looks as if at least her charges of massive voter fraud will get a fair look. All of the forensic examinations of those questionable ballots found incredible irregularities, including forged signatures and even signatures from voters who either weren't registered or didn't even exist! (as in alive)

I'm confident once all of the ballots in question are re-canvassed, this election will be de-certified and a new election called for with adequate verification! Democrats can't win unless they cheat, and they cheated in AZ BIG TIME!!!!!!

Congratulations Kari Lake! You go girl!!!!

They thought I'd just quietly go away...

I can't stand her...she makes me look worse than I really am

That's actually not hard to do 'ya cheater! 😏

A battle is raging over the way in which Arizona’s Maricopa County verifies that signatures on early ballots are genuine.

The issue is part of the legal battle being waged by Republican Kari Lake, who lost November’s gubernatorial election to Democrat Katie Hobbs. Part of Lake’s legal battle to have the results invalidated revolves around her allegations that a vast gulf exists between the principle of signature verification as outlined in county policies and the actual practices employed in the 2022 election.

Lake said Friday that the county will not allow her team to inspect signatures.

Amid that debate, a new report from the website Just the News indicates that the technology employed by Maricopa County might not be very effective at catching fraudulent signatures.

The report said Maricopa County uses a service called Verus Pro that is part of the software offered by Runbeck Election Services, which has a contract with the county.

At that point, differences emerged. Maricopa County said signatures are verified using “calling, mailing, texting and emailing the voters.”

The site said it was told by a county representative: “Maricopa County does not use Verus Pro for signature verification.”

However, Just the News said former Arizona Assistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright gave the site a copy of a contract effective last July between Maricopa County and Runbeck.

Signatures sent to Runbeck “are assigned a score based on the verification; signatures with a score of 10 or higher are routed to a high-confidence manual signature verification queue, and signatures with a lower score are routed to a low-confidence signature verification queue,” the contract said.

One catch: That’s 10 on a scale of 0 to 100, the report said, citing 2020 emails between Maricopa County officials and a Runbeck employee. In other words, the software has high confidence that a signature that scores as low as 10 out of 100 is genuine.

The report said a Maricopa Couty officials’ email noted that only readings “lower than 10” are “not marked as Accepted by Verus Pro.”

Maricopa County “won’t admit to using the software,” but contracts show a different reality, Wright said.

The 2022 contract also includes “the ability to turn Signature Verification on or off.”

The contract calls for processing “at least 3,600 signatures/hour” with the ability to “correctly assess if a signature is present on at least 80% of inbound images” on early ballot envelopes.

Maricopa County has not told Just the News what the Verus Pro services is used for if not for signature verification, the site reported.

Shelby Busch, co-founder of We the People AZ, said the verification software is “absolutely pertinent” to Lake’s case.

“The county leans on signature verification as the last line of defense,” viewing it as a “failsafe” that assures “the election is safe,” Busch said, according to Just the News.

“But policy violations of signature verification” by involving “a third-party contractor” and providing them “access to [Personal Identifiable Information] and signatures on file of these voters … is huge,” she added.

Claiming the use of the software was “something the courts tried to prevent people from seeing,” Busch said she is “absolutely thrilled that it’s going to see its day in court.”

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers demanded an opportunity to inspect “the affidavit envelopes and signature exemplars from Maricopa County records used in the 2022 election” from the Maricopa County Recorder earlier today.

Senator Rogers, Chairwoman of the Arizona Senate Elections Committee, fired off the following tweet with a photocopy of her new public records request.

Maricopa County refuses to provide Kari Lake’s legal team with the allegedly fraudulent ballot signatures. This is despite a recent ruling from the Arizona Supreme Court ordering the trial court to reconsider the issue of signature verification fraud.

Senator Rogers’ public records request for “legislative purposes” comes after Maricopa County denied a similar request from Kari Lake’s legal team.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer denied lawful public records requests from Kari Lake’s attorney and from The Gateway Pundit to examine these signatures, citing ARS 16-168(F).

Because Lake’s request was made “for election purposes,” it is a perfectly lawful request, and Maricopa County should be required by law to follow through. The same goes for The Gateway Pundit, as we requested the same records “for news gathering purposes.”

Still, Lake and her attorneys were denied access to these public records by the Maricopa County Recorder, who claimed that because the early ballot envelopes “contain voters’ signatures,” the denial is in accordance with ARS 16-168(F) “and in the best interest of the state.”

This is false. The Statute provides that voter’s signatures may be “accessible or reproduced… for election purposes.”

Is this state’s best interest because it will bring into question the legitimacy of the state’s elections?

The Statute also states that “an authorized government official in the scope of the official’s duties” may access or reproduce voter registration records including “the month and day of birth date, the social security number or any portion thereof, the driver license number or nonoperating identification license number, the Indian census number, the father’s name or mother’s maiden name, the state or country of birth and the records containing a voter’s signature and a voter’s e-mail address.” Therefore, Senator Wendy Rogers, as Elections Committee Chair, is eligible to inspect the records.
