Current Big 12 Baseball Standings: It doesn't appear this team will make any ground in the Big 12 rankings, even if they sweep Kansas ST. Texas is playing Kansas this weekend and I don't see Texas losing against them (I'd gladly eat crow to be wrong here). OK and OK ST also have better conf records vs WVU. WVU did not win their series against any of the 3 teams, so tire breakers aren't in their favor either. Therefore, WVU is looking at tying w/ Texas for 5th place, with Texas owning the tie-breaker placing WVU 6th. Still, a very solid season for West Virginia.
