I was just sitting here thinking what would I most like to see this 2015 team do well? As much as I'd like to see us airing it out, and moving the ball at 15 and 20 yard clips--Skylar just zipping darts into the heart of opposing Defenses...and as much as I'd be thrilled with us just pounding the ball and grinding out the clock with a relentless withering running attack... what I'd really like most to see is us stuffing the run game!
When we are next to impossible to run on, it gives our Defense an edge in pass Defense because of the many blitz packages we can employ with the odd stack. With the talent in our secondary, we could be almost nearly as impossible to throw on. However given the skill level of most Big 12 Offenses, that would be wishing for too much.
But if we can control other teams on the ground, and be next to impossible to run on, I'd be thrilled and that would mean we would be one tough out in 2015.
So what aspect of our game would get your "Old Gold & Blue" blood flowing this year?
