I am on vacation in South Carolina this week. TV stations in Columbia area are reporting that Rich Rod is interviewing for HC vacancy and is on the short list! Would RR bring his entourage east? Hail, he struck gold in Arizona! I can't see Rita as a Gamecock. No, I ain't making this up.
 
I bet he gets fired at USCe before he gets the chance to jump ship again. Talk about someone hanging their hat on past glory. He is 47-42 since leaving WVU.

He would be the perfect fit for South Carolina. People want to point at Rich's record since leaving WVU and that's fine. Anyone who understands college football knows he was 1 good defensive coordinator away from having Michigan on top and he has been one of the most successful coaches ever at Arizona. People just have no idea how bad Arizona was before Rich Rod took over. Two things that are great would come from this. 1 A former Mountaineer would have a great job in the SEC 2. We won't have to look at anymore Rich to WVU threads
 
If South Carolina hires him he will have The Gamecocks competing for a SEC title in 2 years.

Probably just a ploy to get more $ out of Arizona.
 
Rita will finally have her dream beach house in Hillbilly Heaven; Myrtle Beach. "The Horry County Burnt Barbie Beach House."

I can hear Rich now, "Bring the Beadazzler, Reeter. You'll make hunderds on the Boardwalk during the summer, hunderds!"

I don't think Warez will mind me swiping that last line, being on the run and all.

Ahhh...yes! The man in black! So, Warez is not Jack Brown!!!

George Thorogood did a great version also, but the man in black is a classic.

 
Hell Half of Myrtle Mannor is filled with WVU fans. Not making this up a ton of silver WV's on cars down there
 
The late A. James Manchin read a proclamation of annexation on the beach in the 80's declaring Myrtle Beach part of WV as part of a publicity stunt in his capacity as Secretary of State . Ironically, the state of Ohio objected to it. They had a similar stunt in the works. Manchin had beat them to the punch.

A friend of mine moved down there in the early 80's. He still lives there. He thought that making fun of Ohio drivers was strictly a WV thing. Inside of month of moving there he discovered that Ohio drivers are loathed in South Carolina, too. I remember saying to him, "You were surprised?"

Those Buckeyes do carry a reputation.

Have you ever observed the side line antics of Wil Muschamp? This man has a wife and children and needs to get over himself and grow up! Clemson has a coach on the sidelines that is just like Wil and is assigned a Clemson person to restrain him and keep him off the field. What a joke!

If USCe has proven anything over the years they are the king of hiring the HC retread. Lou Holtz, Spurrier, I am betting they go with Muschump too, it would be hysterical. It's that whole SEC thing.

I just wish WVU could have that bowl game against them back in 90's. If Kantroy Barber would have caught of the ball.
