Well, that wasn't what I was asking, now was it? I presume neither of the last two posters can answer how exactly Mexico is going to pay for the wall and why, if they are paying for the wall to keep illegals out of the U.S., are we not going to give them $20 million to keep illegals out of the U.S.

Would you really have a problem of Mexico paying without being a line item on our revenue. The wall needs to be built. I have no problem with US paying for it and later being reimbursed. That would be no problem for me. All things are not exactly as appears on US financial statements. Mexico govmt said they would not pay. That gentleman has been replaced. Remittances to US could easily be concealed to cover the wall cost.
