In 2019 there were 26 coaches hired including Neal Brown. Only 6 are still in at that school with only 3 having a winning record. That is a hit rate of only 12%!! A big wow for me. Take into account what we hired. NB had 3 straight 11 win seasons at Troy with multiple big upset wins like LSU. He had regional ties in Kentucky and a former Big 12 coach to bring league experience.

My Take - This is very woeful for me. If Neal Brown would have had one or two great seasons he would have been stolen away. It looks like to me that we're going to be changing coaches every 4 or 5 years whether we like it or not. Reality sucks.
