I'm not so sure you'd want that match with WVU playing it's best ball of the season and Marshall just being the same old Marshall. You know what they say about being careful what you wish for..............
I just hope Huggy doesn't get his feelings hurt and come down with the Chicken Pox! If the game's in Huntington , I know he'll get cold feet!
Huggs has said that if his team enters the CBI that all of our games will be in Morgantown...............and I say that if that's the case, Doctrine Danny won't even enter his team into it for fear of being humiliated by WVU once again like they were last March.
Wouldn't that be up to the Tournament Director, not Huggy! Bob needs to understand that he's basketball coach, nothing more.
All I've got to go on is what Huggs said on his radio show. I would imagine who gets the home court depends on the money involved....and we both know that Marshall can't ante up the way WVU can.
Must suck to be so desperately craving a game with WVU. Too bad Doctrine Danny let his mouth end what used to be an annual game. Even as bad as our team has been this year, I'd still put my money on WVU over Marshall on a straight up bet, if I was a betting man...........no matter where the game was played. And if you were truthful you would too.
To be clear it wasn't Dan who ended the series...it was Bob " sensitive" Huggins that got his nose out of joint by the mere suggestion of home and home!

I think you are right. Huggs is so afraid of getting matched up against the Turds in the CBI that he is trying to win the B12 to avoid this match up. Wonder if Chucky will do an article about this.
Who could know what might happrn if Marshall and WVU played in a post season matchup?
