How does someone get so lucky? His entire career has been built on luck. He sucks, he has always sucked. He bounces from team to team, plays a few good games and somehow magically persuades the team that he is the answer. Then he sucks, gets traded and he plays a few more good games for the next team. Lather, rinse, repeat. He then somehow got a king's ransom from the Jets with over $10 million contract for this year. Luck is always on his side. It struck again yesterday. Geno Smith finally got his chance to take over the team and wouldn't you know it, he goes down to injury. Ryan Fitzpatrick back in as quarterback. Just like last year, Geno Smith was going into the season as the starter until his jaw was broken in a fight. Ryan got his chance.
