this one still stings a bit. He was our "take the top off guy". I can still recall the very first play of the UCF game last year, we ran a zone-read play action, and deep post to EJ. He had at least three steps on the UCF corner. A rare bad throw by GG, or else that one would've been a 75-yard score on our first play.
Our top three I would say will be Traylon Ray, Hudson Clement, Jaden Bray, and I feel pretty good with those three. Then, I'd say Preston Fox is your #4 option as of now, although we have some incoming freshmen who are going to push. EJ Horton was your 5th option at wideout, notwithstanding Kole Taylor as probably our 3rd best overall pass catching option.
I would think we're combing the portal right now for a speed option out wide.
