In 2021, there was a lot of talk and consternation on this board about the fall of the nation. We stood on the precipice of that tumble and instead of giving into the baser instincts inside of us and giving the Dem Elite the nationwide insurrection they so desperately wanted. We instead gathered ourselves, we held the line, we maintained good order and discipline and allowed their unruly mob and greed do the job for us in bringing about their downfall.
I’m so proud of our country, it still hasn’t really sunk in what we averted by last night’s victory. It will take some time for me to process it all and what it actually means.
The irony of last night’s results. Even though Trump wasn’t President for 4 years, he dictated every policy action and dominated their psyche. Instead of being gone and out of office in 2 months, they have to deal with him for 4 more years. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a non-sitting President still carry the amount of clout and influence that he did these last 4 years. It was almost as if he was a minority leader that they were forced to work with. He will effectively been directly in the game for 12 years.
