I think Marvin Lewis would be a great fit

2. He knows defense
3. He’s a minority, will relate well to many recruits and can sell them on his ability to train guys for the nfl
4. He has tons of contacts

He's 60, out of touch, doesn't believe that in game adjustments are a thing, and doesn't care one iota about player discipline.

I'm not trying to be an asshole or start anything with you, here. I just don't see Lewis as a good fit for anything at the college level.
