I noticed where the Mike McQuery " whistleblower" trial started up there this week. Not sure how that will turn out but nobody up there covered themselves in glory, IMHO!
I was curious to see what their fans were saying since the McQueary trial started Monday. As expected, they were defending Paterno, their corrupt institution and attacking McQueary.
They started the thread asking what people thought of Paterno. Otherwise, I probably would not have randomly commented. It's obvious they don't care what the rest of the US think of their institution.
The entire saga is so sad on many different levels...why Joe Pa knew about Sandusky's evil/sick actions but seemingly took no action.

Nothing could be further from the truth.
I talk to fans of opposing teams all the time, and many of those that are fans of Big 12 teams have been here more than once because they enjoyed the atmosphere and were treated so well on past trips.
I haven't heard any negative comments at all from any of them that I've talked to, and none of them knew of anything negative that happened to any of the other fans from their schools either.
There have been numerous letters written to our AD or to our newspapers specifically talking about what a great time they had and how well they were treated and thanking us for our hospitality.
I wasn't there, so I'm not going to comment on whether this LSU fan event actually happened, and if it did I certainly don't know the circumstances around it ... but to say that it's indicative of our fan base is beyond ludicrous.
If I were the typical, delusional WVU homer who posts on this Board, then I'd accuse Country of being a total fraud because there is no possible way that a true WVU fan would post on a non-rival's board, but I'm not, so I won't.

A random guy runs out on the field and police tackle him to get his goofy ass off the field vs grown men hitting a pregnant woman and physically assaulting the man who was trying to get them out of the Ear parking lot.
