It's my daughter's favorite joint for this stuff, so she suggested I try it for the first time. Honestly, I thought it was pretty decent.
I generally find frozen yogurt to be something less than exciting, but this brand really is pretty rich and flavorful....at least as soft serves go. They actually have 16 different flavors of frozen product, plus all the toppings you can possibly imagine (including Ghirardelli-brand syrups).
I realize this segment has grown quite a bit in the past few years, and left legacy brands like TCBY largely in the dust. That said, I seriously doubt most of these new joints will still be around the suburbs a few years from now after the segment washout really gets going full throttle.
Still, I'd recommend this all-the-toppings-you-can-pile-on/pay-by-the-ounce brand if you've yet to try it.
