Don't let my post steer you wrong - I would support legalization, but the whole joke of the matter is that several think legalization automatically means that Holton would still be playing.
Even if pot was legal in West Virginia which I'm in favor of I think it's still up to the University whether it would be allowed or not. Could be wrong though
You're right, of course. Teams can still ban thc, as can employers regardless of legalization.
