I can see why you didn't want to play - Dan Dantoni*

DePaul, the former perennial doormat of the Big Least, knocked Coastal Carolina out of the CBI last night. The Old Fold & Blew's humiliating loss to the Roosters in Morganhole looks worse by the day.

Got a 109 dropped on poor Huggy...how many would high scoring Herd hung on the sensitive Bob Huggins?

Marshall may very well have beaten WVU this year. Too bad for Herd faithful that Danny stuck his foot in his mouth and ruined any possibility of that happening.

Nah, Huggy was determined to end the series! Sticks and stones...

Lord. It doesn't matter how the gate is split now. Without a sponsor footing the bill for refs, rent, advertising, etc. neither side would get enough to warrant the time. WVU has hotel and meals added to the cost. Marshall just hops on the bus for a 40 minute drive. I bet WVU would take a loss if they agreed to s 50/50 split after the bills are paid.

OK, Let's play home and home and the home team can keep all the gate!

It's not WVU's responsibility to boost ticket sales in Huntington. I wonder if Dan ever got the taste of toe jam out of his mouth after he caused the annual Charleston series to come to an end.

Dan probably had the better idea, alternating between Morgantown, Huntington, and Charleston. Once a year is all you would want to play a non-conference opponent. Personally, I would try to cut out Charleston, and simply alternate between the campuses each year. I think WVU could benefit by playing in Huntington, due to Huntington Prep being in town.

I can care less where they may finally may decide to play, but it is so clear why they don't now. But every month or two this same whine-rinse-repeat thread keeps popping up.
