What a gutsy, ballsy game they played last night! Games like that when a team refuses to lose are program builders! While I am at it, I will also say that I am very proud of our Basketball team as well. IT is a great day to be a Mountaineer, and I think God for the blessing! I hope the word God does not offend anybody, just kidding! I don't care if it does or not!

Same here. The team was fired up and ready to go, from beginning to end. I will give Holgorsen and staff a lot of credit for having these guys ready to go, after a long layoff, at 10:25 at night. I don't care if Arizona State is 6-7. That was a great win, against a decent P5 team. It's not like we went out there and beat a G5 team. Arizona State was a good football team.
It was also nice to not see the team or coaches give into frustration, while playing 11 on 18 all night. That can eat at you, knowing that no matter how well you do, you are outnumbers. Thankfully, we took care of business and it didn't end up mattering, in the end.
It will be a much better off-season, ending it on a high note. Hopefully this gives us some momentum going into next season....
