Surely there is someone here that is a former player over the last 6 years.
Not asking you to reveal your identity, position or even year.
Just identify yourself a former player and tell us what the heck is wrong with Neal Brown from a players prospective and why he struggles to have the team ready to play against teams with comparable or less talent to us.
Many of us talk to people and think we know the issues but the perspective of someone that has been in the locker room, players meetings and practices would be appreciated.
And guys let’s keep the rebuttals minimal if someone steps up to answer. Embrace the info and don’t make them feel like you are attacking them with with your replies and questions.
