Huggins Haters

I visit your message board from time to time, as I respect WVU's athletics and Bob Huggins especially. I was very surprised how many on this message board were so down on him two years ago. There was a very vocal group calling for him to be fired. I understood the concern with the roster churn (few kids transferred if I remember correctly) and the lack of success when moving to the Big 12. However, I think these people forgot how good of a coach Huggins really is. I am glad to see he has the Mountaineers in position to make a strong run in the tournament. Hopefully the fools who called for him to be fired are realizing how lucky they are to have him in Morgantown.

Good luck, hate like hell that my Cardinals are sidelined this year. Nothing better than March Madness!

Other than a few backhanded remarks that has pretty much stopped. Huggins has made the dance 78% of his time here, which is twice our historical average. Given the style of play and the amount of returning players, we should be dancing into the foreseeable future.

Win or lose it will have to change. Now 6-0 if we win something else if we lose. Thanks for your concern, though. Would certainly be happy to see this team play in the elite eight but there is a lot of basketball to be played on both sides before we get to that.
