Howard

What's your freaking point? He costed us 10 points tonight. I don't care about heart. I want wins. He costed us this game.

May not be a great quarterback - but he is a gutsy kid.

It is his best attribute. Unfortunately it is not nearly enough to overcome his short comings as a competent FBS power conference quarterback. Anything he learns from this year is useless to the program and, not to sound too cold, but WVU does not owe Howard or Dana anything in terms of sacrificing possible future gains for their immediate benefits. Luckily we made it interested in the second half. However, if the whole game was like the first half I would definitely be in favor of lumping the rest f the season with a youngster that has potential because I could at least take some solace in the fact that lessoned learns would pay dividends in the upcoming seasons.

Put yourself in the game asshole. Oh, never played the game? **** you.

Hey, maybe so. But I've played other sports. And it's about quality, not "heart". How many turnovers has he had the past 2 games? I rest my case.

But, yeah, he's got "heart". Pat him on the back and buy him an ice cream for being 2nd place. That's society today.

And it isn't like we have better options. Thanks Dana. But I won't, WON'T throw Howard under the bus. He is doing what he can. Recruiting on the other hand..........

No, it turns out your first use of "costed" wasn't a brain fart or typo.

Hey..............................'costed' is a real word. So is 'onliest' and such words. You learn this as you advance to the post graduate work. Warez

Who do you put in the game? Crest, Chugs, Sills? Face it the rest of them are even worse. Lay this at Dana's feet, fine. Jump in Howard's face, you are just an asshole.

Howard's an adult, playing major D-I football for free. And he fumbled in the endzone, and turned the ball over numerous times again. Holgorsen stinks, too. But decisions on the field killed us.

I'd say liking a kid's hustle and attitude is fine, but the play on the field speaks for itself. It is sad that we have do not have a better option, however I stand by my statement that he is not a competitive, power 5 conference QB. Not saying it maliciously, just saying it as point of fact.

Nothing personal. Skylers a good kid. Bottom line, he can't make the throws a successful B12 QB needs to make. That's limiting this offense.
He's had enough of a sample size that it's clear.

Hey, maybe so. But I've played other sports. And it's about entertainment, not "winning". How many exciting plays has he had the past 5 games? I rest my case.

But, yeah, he's got a big "heart". Pat him on the back and buy him an ice cream cone for entertaining WVU fans. Society has it right today.

OK...........................I agree and give Skyler credit where credit is due. He put a real show on tonight. Winning at football or any other game just ain't important. Well, at least as long as the game is entertaining. This stuff is meant as entertainment. Nothing more, nothing less. Take it serious but put it into perspective.
