after the season, and not fire Lyons too? That contract extension was as bad a decision for a AD as the coaching we're getting.
It can't all be blamed on Shane, but he's the fall guy for the hire and the stupid extension.
Firing a AD and a coach at the same time is not all that unusual. Clean house and start over.
