Hopefully our bye weeks are a little more spread out next season...

I appreciate that the Big 12 this season alternated home and away for WVU in conference games for the entire season. Since WVU is the only team that has to travel 800 to 1,300 miles on each trip, this helps. Also, it gives WVU fans 2-week breaks all season to take non-football trips because we can watch the game on TV from anywhere.

After the nonsense this season, I would suggest abandoning it unless we expand (likely not happening) and create divisions. The 13th data point will only be used for criteria when it is convenient to put a blueblood over for the CFP.

The chance of the top 2 Big 12 teams splitting essentially a 2 game series and screwing each other over is too overwhelming to tolerate long term.
