On Wednesday night, West Virginia director of athletics Shane Lyons announced the school's head football coach, Dana Holgorsen would return in 2016. [details]

Good, now that's settled-can the mods end the senseless and endless attacks on the coaches and program on these boards? Would it be possible to have the coach hate threads rolled into just one? It would be nice to have a Mountaineer fan board again instead of an I have an agenda against Holgorsen and am going to do everything in my power to ruin him and the WVU program board.

Being disgusted at .500 or below seasons is something to remain quiet about? Dang, I thought Mountaineer fans other than myself had a bit more pride in the program.

Does lamenting the team not living up to its potential and noting how coaching played a role count as coach hating? I am Dana neutral. I want nothing more than for him to become an awesome head coach. Not for his sake, but for WVU's. I want the best for my alma mater and realize it's numerous limitations, but I don't think a top 3 finish a couple of times a decade is impossible. It just seems that next year will be like the years before with a team trying to stand on the same shaky foundation. That combined with the same coaching mistakes, by him and staff, still recurring since year one makes me have my doubts that Dana can ever compete for the BIG XII title no matter how lucky WVU gets.
