is a dangerous team although badly flawed themselves. I thought Howard looked better on Thursday than he ever has but got no support from his receiving corps. The Red Raiders make no pretense of playing a scintilla of defense so it should be a big day for the WVU offense.....I think/hope you boys will win this track meet! If not, say goodbye to Dana!

I do think you're right, the 2nd season starts now and we will either fold up the tents or come back inspired for the final push.

I can't recall ever having a stretch playing #s 14,12,3,2 with 3 of them on the road. I'm not sure the SEC teams even get a 4 game stretch like that.

Going into it I was think we would win OSU and probably take one of the other 3, but certainly didn't think we'd be either undefeated or winless in that stretch.

WVU is better than OSU, IMHO! Texas Tech had the Cowboys whipped but shot themselves in the foot on offense a couple of times which cost them the game! I factor in the simple truth that Tech ain't going to stop anyone on D but should have outscored OSU.

I thought I heard HoGo's name mentioned about the Miami job.

Hahahahhahahahhahahhahha...not sure Miami Central HS would be interested at this point. He's got the Cousins somewhat by the balls with his contract and the fact that so many other programs are looking for coaches now! I do think they'll outscore TT Saturday and the remainder of the slate is soft. I suspect is he'll be back in 2016 but I think the Cousins are weary of his act.

I think that the announcer misspoke, and meant to say Miami of Ohio. I doubt that they would want him, either...
Well, if the RedHawks were interested he could re-new his rivalry with the Herd but that might be enough to scare him off that job!

I think he'll be back next season...he'll right the ship from here on out in 2015!
I hope you are right (about the second part, anyway), but I'll believe it when I see it. Holgorsen-led teams have a habit of falling apart in the second half of the season. Hopefully they already got it out of their system, and start to actually improve...

I thought Howard threw the ball very well Thursday night....his receivers got wide open and he put it right on their hands, which is all he can, he can't catch it for them! If he plays like that, WVU will win out!

I agree with that for the most part. He only had one interception each against Baylor and TCU.

I haven't seen much of TTU yet this year other than highlights and final scores and whatever they cover on This Week in The Big XII or whatever that show is called. It's the only downside to having season tickets and going to the games. The game I go to is pretty much the only game I see for the weekend.

I'll take your word on TTU, and totally agree about OSU ... I don't know why we were so slow to get going, but I do think we are the better team. f'n turnovers ........ The beginning of that game reminded me of the LSU game at home a few years ago when we spent the entire first half pinned inside our 10

Tech can run up and down the field like comanches but struggle in short yardage situations and are completely helpless on defense. I think WVU wins this game unless they squander scoring opportunity's themselves and get beat in a shootout!

Did you hear him say that, Dolemitebmf? lol......I was thinking...Miami already sucks. They don't need HoGo's help.
It was hillarious, Tonycried. lol
