Hey, you guys held UL scoreless...

Louisville is having a tougher time on offense against Marshall because the Herd are getting into the backfield more than Florida State did. Lamar Jackson does have a 71-yard touchdown pass to James Quick but he has been mostly off with his passes and hasn't been able to scramble for big plays. At least through three drives.

Defense played decent considering the offense looked like zombie cast members of the Walking Dead

I don't get cbs sports for some reason. I was actually going to watch it while baylor is on delay

I get CBSSN on Comcast, and I watched a little of the game last night. My take on the game - Marshall isn't ready for prime time.

Kind of a tough judgement with a back up QB and the 3rd ranked team with a Heisman contender. I suppose FSU ain't either? UofL will demolish a lot of teams this season in the ACC, which is a higher rated conference than the B12 is. They'd roll through a lot of the top 25 with ease

I'm not going to get into a debate about which conference is better because it has nothing to do with Marshall being ready for prime time. I base my opinion on the fact that Marshall has played major opponents 46 times and lost 39 of those games. Last night was just further proof.

I rest my case.
