Just saw the brackets for the first time. It's the first unbeaten season in GCHS's history but I think a lot of single A teams probably played a much tougher schedule so I'm not sure how far they can make it in the playoff. Should it work out that our teams meet in the second round I think the way it is set up is that St. Mary's gets to pick the site since they are ranked higher

Fayetteville Pirates at the #3 seed. You think Marshall plays a weak schedule, you should check out the records of the teams they beat. It's amazing how awful some of these Southern coalfield teams have become, with dwindling population. If the Pirates can get past Van in the opening round, they'll play host to #6 seed Wheeling Central, and I've heard they've had decent recruiting classes the last two years, so the Pirates will fold in the 2nd round.

Where the Hell is Beallsville, Ohio, Buzzard? I grew up in Ohio, and don't even know where it is. Gomer County's administration must have searched far and wide to find that cupcake. At least, St. Mary's played an Ohio school with a pulse (the Marietta Tigers).

Beallsville is south of St. Clairsville and west of Moundsville...........I had to look it up myself. Anyway, I don't have anything to with scheduling Gilmer County's football team.

St Marys had no choice....Greenbrier West didn't want to make the trip to St Marys......Marietta has close to 1000.students...St Marys 400
