A few of their fans act like they are Alabama now. I guess they forget the days of playing on a minor league baseball field. Yes they have moved up but they sure are a tad snobbish now that their team is ranked in the top 5. Go Clemson

2014? Really? That's the year that UL went 9-4, only lost to Clemson by 6, who went 10-3. That same year you lost to WKU.

I've never ignored it, it's impossible to do so. I look at it like this. PSU owned WVU for years, but as of now the current state of both programs would lead me to believe WVU would have beat them the past several years if they played. I also think MU would've beat WVU a few years recently as well. Your rationalization that just because your 12-0 against us does not mean you would forever beat us. You can't claim one without recognizing the other

We don't recognize that MU would've beaten WVU recently. I don't think it would've. Beating a bunch of FCS teams posing as FBS teams and losing to MAC teams doesn't mean crap. And the Herd's record against these FCS teams posing as FBS teams doesn't pull the wool over anyone's eyes except for the few Herd fans scattered around Cabell County.

What team, with a pulse, wouldn't have double-digit victories playing schedules ranked in the 120s?

Several of your posters have flat declared that those years of non-competition would have been dominated by MU.

The cynicism of WVU fans should be understandable, at least from the standpoint that you "woulda beat us a few years as well."

And I don't believe that we would beat you every time, forever.

I know. MU would have beaten WVU every time they didn't play.

I base WVU'S superiority over PSU solely over not permitting and hiding child rape. MU is superior to them as well. WVU is better than PSU. So is MU. The End.
