my stepson is an excellent chef who has been in pennsylvania for years...one of his stops was the restaurant/bar in State College owned by 2 psu (and mafia) grads. It's also the place where they film their highlight show and where Franklin brings his prospective recruits. My son had a party of 20 business folks in a section near the restrooms when Franklin came in and demanded that my son move them because their bathroom goings were disturbing his dinner. Stepson was born and raised in virginia but is a Mountaineer by osmosis. His reply was to go to the back and put on his flying WV hat and go out and tell Franklin that he would not move his business clients......Franklin had a little hissy fit and went to the owner, but evidently some of those business folks had lots of money and pull because they stayed where they were and Franklin was furious......and the boy left his WV hat on the rest of the evening while Franklin and his party were there.......penn state sucks
