FIU postponed it, due to Covid issues. I'm thinking it had more to do with having to face the Herd, but that's the reason provided.

Yeah after losing to Jacksonville State couldn't have liked their chances with the Herd...crazy season isn't it! Here we are with an excellent team but can't really prove how good we are!

I meant to ask you , your thoughts on Mich-Mich State on Saturday? Big number to lay.

Weather is going to be decent on Saturday, 54 degrees, and a little cloudy. Actually, as I was typing that, 54 is supposed to be the high, so probably mid to upper 40's at kickoff, so prime football weather. Michigan should dominate them, but being a rivalry game, I wouldn't feel comfortable laying the 25. However, if Michigan has their will with them, Harbaugh isn't the type of coach who wouldn't run up the score on MSU, so who knows how it would go. I wouldn't even bet on a B1G game until shortly before kickoff, with all the Covid stuff going on.

Did you see what has happened to Wisconsin? Their starter was out for the year before the season kicked off, and last week their 2nd team QB went 20-21 passing, and now he's out for 21 days due to twice testing positive for Covid. Word has it that their 3rd team QB has also had a positive test, and will also have to sit out for 21 days, if he test positive a 2nd time. Can you imagine having to go on the road this weekend with your 4th team QB at the helm? I said it in another thread, and will say it again. If nobody cheats on the Covid test results, many B1G teams are going to suffer big consequences as the season progresses. I wouldn't be surprised to see Michigan take a huge hit at some point along the way.

It is no doubt a crazy season but at least it's a season. The Badger QB looked really good Friday night but who knows if the Illini can play at all, guess we'll find out when they host Purdue on Saturday. I hadn't even considered the possibility of a school cheating on the COVID results, guess I'm Pollyannaish but if they do and get caught the should pay a heavy price. MSU seems to have gone down the tubes wit hall the distractions over there, tempted to lay the 25 as Jimmy boy will beat them as bad as he can.

A cynic would wonder whether the Obama-loving B1G Commissioner was behind the insane and unique rule that a positive test result requires the infected B1G player to sit out for 21 days. Nobody else on Earth requires a 21-day quarantine. Libtard stupidity runs amok.

It's 1/3 of the season! What if, these positive test end up being wrong? That can wreck a team's entire season, not to mention the impact it has on the conference as a whole. Hell, earlier I just realized that Michigan actually hosts the Badgers in week 4, so at the very least, they'll have to play with their 3rd team QB. I'm sure this whole deal is going to impact pretty much every team in the conference. You just have to hope it's not one or multiple top players, specifically a stud QB. I wonder what the rule in the B1G is, if say Justin Fields comes down with it during the B1G championship week or shortly after the game. Would he be forced to sit for a playoff game, assuming it was within the 21 day window? I'm assuming he would. Hell, there's at least two full weeks between Championship Saturday (12/19) and the playoffs, and with players having that much time to maybe have a positive test.

Have you heard Kevin Warren speak? He's about as credible as TownesVanZandt. Total left-wing fool motivated by politics, and out of touch with reality.

I couldn't even imagine having to actually meet the geek known as TVZ, much less hear him talk.

I thought @TownesVanZandt was leaving the board? Didn't he say he was leaving on multiple occasions? I see he's hijacked yet another thread, in order to get his progressive talking points in.

Between him and the other two stooges - @WVUFanForever and @mofo , they've ruined what was once a decent forum.

Yep, Chrissy likely has a blow up doll of Chris "Fredo" Cuomo stored in a closet in his mother's basement. The Wisconsin/Nebraska cancellation is a very ominous sign of bad things to come in the B1G. The moronic 21-day quarantine rule might screw us all.

One would have to think Wisconsin won't meet the guidelines for the following two weeks as well, which one game was against Michigan. Hell, by then, there might be 3 or 4 more teams that won't be allowed to play. Season appears to be already ruined, and it only took one week. Dumbest decisions I've ever seen, and all due to liberal, progressive politics.

Why would FIU cancel a home game? Basically what you're saying is FIU will cancel the rest of their season due to having to play tougher teams. Being 0-3 they might as well anyway. The game is no longer postponed. It's canceled period.

3 home games left for Herd. Don't be shocked if UMASS doesn't make it. They've played 1 game, 0-1.

MTSU 2-5
Charlotte 2-3

Horrible high school schedule. Herd should be #1 in nation by end of the season.
