How much of a chance do you give Utah upsetting Washington?

ksl.com has a college "pick em" in their sports section. They pick 2 - 3 national teams, while... depending on when one or two of the three main home state teams (Utah, BYU and U State) are playing/have a bye week.

As much as I like Utah out of the three schools here and follow them on a casual basis (which shows my level of liking them), I say their chances are that they lose 41 - 35 to Washington in SLC Saturday. I had them barely beating UCLA last weekend and got blasted on points lost on my score prediction.

They DO have WVU - OSU on there this week as one of their national games. I picked WVU to win 31 - 23. They also had them on there when they played BYU.

Weekly winners get a $100 gift card and the 1st place overall winner gets a $500 gift card... once the bowl games are finished of course.

You have to pick one of the home state teams when you register, so I picked Utah...

Several on this forum bought what the Herdies were selling back in August. Some saying MU had a better team than WVU. In fact, we are better than most believed we would be, and MU may have their worst team in 25 years.

Not to pile on, but they have built their resume' on SOSs north of 100. Play 2 P5 schools back to back and they probably call that a gauntlet

The biggest problem they have now is their HC cause he's not one. I remember his intro press conference whe he mentioned 'expanding the stadium to 55000 and puttin an upper deck on', and I thought if the AD there buys that vision then it explains why he hired you? It also shows Hamrick was still as dumb as when he canned Steve Logan at East Carolina & why he got canned at UNLV.

Their problems.

Look at the press Huntington gets. Who would want to go there? I think the Sonny Randle days are about to return.

I actually thought the Herd was going to have a very good team this season while I wasn't so sure about our team.

But lack of success on the part of the GreenThunderCows is never a cause of consternation for me. May they lose all the rest of their games .... this year, next year, and to infinity and beyond.

Yeah .... I think that Doc has run out of tricks. And on the other hand Dana has assembled a tremendous coaching staff that loves to work together. Two completely different cultures.

Doc won his games playing in the high school like CUSA. Now that some of those teams have increased their level of talent to a better recruitment and coaches, means Doc and the herd have fallen off pace. Turning into the Kansas of CUSA.
